Rajat is an MBA finance graduate with expertise in debt transactions across renewables, NBFCs, infrastructure, real estate, and manufacturing. He has a strong understanding of debt fundraising for mid-sized, and SME businesses. He co-founded of Bezor App, a B2B2C salon services platform, before joining Digifin. He brings e-commerce industry experience & his expertise includes deal evaluation, execution and management of debt transactions, corporate finance, and project finance along with structured debt.
Varnan Agarwal

Varnan is a commerce graduate and is involved in the project finance deals in India and also handling the acquisition and JV transactions. He has been pro active in developing the in house financial models for the various solar project finance deals and is actively handling the banks for funding the small and large solar projects. He also carries the responsibility of closing the Cross Border JV transaction by getting funding from DFI/PE Funds.
Nidhi Singhadia

Nidhi is a Chartered Accountant and has the skill sets to absorb the deals and comprehend the proposition for various stakeholders. She plays active role in reaching out to investors and lenders for various proposals in the start up space and also in the finance companies along with sector agnostic approach. She brings in 4 years of experience and has been successful in creating a value system for the in-house capability in handling complex transactions. She has also been instrumental in co-ordinating with our UK based team of Interns and associates.
Armaan Chawla

Armaan Chawla is engaged in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity & Venture Capital practice, focusing on cross-border transactions across the EMEA and APAC regions. He plays an active role in deal origination and investor engagement, supporting clients in structuring complex joint ventures and private equity investments. Armaan also leads business development initiatives through the Indo-European Business Forum (IEBF), fostering investment collaboration between India, the UK, and Europe.
Manan Raval

Mann is an MBA Finance graduate driven by a genuine passion for investment management and financial markets. His early career spans multiple equity research internships, where he built hands-on proficiency in fundamental analysis and financial modelling, cultivating an analytical, research-first mindset. At Digifin, Mann focuses on company research, financial analysis, and equity transactions, while also contributing to structured debt mandates with both depth and rigour.
Jheel Agrawal

Jheel is an MBA Finance graduate with a strong interest in investment management and financial markets. Her experience across HR, marketing, and accounting internships gives her a well-rounded business perspective and the ability to look beyond just numbers. She is involved in company research, financial analysis, and supporting project finance transactions, while also gaining exposure to structured debt and renewable and clean energy projects with strategic insight and analytical rigour.

His early experience spans hands-on work in financial modelling, valuation, and project finance, along with practical exposure to personal finance, building a strong foundation in analytical thinking and a structured, problem-solving mindset. At Digifin, Jenil focuses on deal structuring, project finance particularly in the renewable energy sector and financial analysis.
