He has a strong understanding of debt fundraising for mid-sized, and SME businesses. He co-founded of Bezor App, a B2B2C salon services platform, before joining Digifin. He brings e-commerce industry experience & his expertise includes deal evaluation, execution and management of debt transactions, corporate finance, and project finance along with structured debt.

Purva is 2011 batch Chartered Accountant and a dedicated finance professional with strong financial modelling and forecasting skills. Prior to joining Digifin she worked for 8 years with mid size CA consulting firms in project finance & audit in Gujarat and has developed SOP for credit appraisal process and documents checklist thereby improving accuracy of credit papers submitted to lender. Skilled in relationship-building and collaboration; ensuring tight coordination at different levels for fast disposal of matters of priority and has the ability to work independently.

Armaan Chawla is engaged in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity & Venture Capital practice, focusing on cross-border transactions across the EMEA and APAC regions. He plays an active role in deal origination and investor engagement, supporting clients in structuring complex joint ventures and private equity investments. Armaan also leads business development initiatives through the Indo-European Business Forum (IEBF), fostering investment collaboration between India, the UK, and Europe.
Varnan Agarwal

Varnan is a commerce graduate and is involved in the project finance deals in India and also handling the acquisition and JV transactions. He has been pro active in developing the in house financial models for the various solar project finance deals and is actively handling the banks for funding the small and large solar projects. He also carries the responsibility of closing the Cross Border JV transaction by getting funding from DFI/PE Funds.

She brings in 4 years of experience and has been successful in creating a value system for the in-house capability in handling complex transactions. She has also been instrumental in co-ordinating with our UK based team of Interns and associates.
